Case Study – 2,300+ phone calls/leads from Google Ads

This case study is for our client – a South Florida law firm that practices in personal injury, medical malpractice, probate, and several other areas. We have successfully managed the Google marketing efforts for this law firm for over two years. In 2018, they generated close to 2,000 phone calls/leads from Google Ads as a result of our PPC marketing efforts.

In 2019, these results improved even further. As of December 9th, our PPC campaigns have produced over 2,300 phone calls/emails for the year and this number continues to climb.

Since this is a multi-practice law firm, we’ve segmented and produced separate strategies for each practice area.

For example, we understand that the value of personal injury leads and medical malpractice are substantially higher than other practice areas. One of their practice areas involves defective hip implants. Settlements for these cases are possibly worth six figures or more.

After conducting extensive research on various practice areas, we were able to allocate the appropriate budget for each individual area based on the potential value per lead. Furthermore, we were able to discover the necessary search terms to design content around and deliver the most effective strategy to each individual area based on our data and findings.

We measure these results by looking at several key performance indicators. One of the primary metrics we measure is the amount of conversions the client receives. A conversion means that a potential client called or submitted their contact information via email/chat.

Here are some of the major success highlights from this account. These numbers have been measured over the course of approximately 1 year.

  • Over 2,300 total registered Google Ads Conversions in 2019
  • Over 320 Organic Search leads in 2019
  • 263 Conversions for a personal injury Campaigns targeting defective medical devices
  • 1,389 conversions for a Campaigns targeting medical malpractice
  • 609 conversions for Campaigns involving probate and estate litigation

It’s important to note, many of these leads are for medical malpractice and personal injury. The value of these leads are potentially worth six figures or more. As a result, the ROI for these campaigns have been quite substantial.

Case Study #2

1,000+ leads in the first year of advertising

This case study is for our client – a Michigan law firm that practices primarily in criminal defense and family law. Initially, this client had major issues with their website and needed an emergency transition to a new website. The client also had no prior experience with Google Ads, SEO, or any other form of digital marketing.

We started by re-designing their website to fix the major problems impacting the website. After the website redesign we launched a Google Ads PPC Campaign where they instantly saw a major increase in leads to their practice.

The client has been very delighted with these results and later added our SEO services to further increase leads/ROI.

This law firm also had multiple legal practice areas. Since there’s multiple practice areas, there’s also multiple target audiences.

After extensively researching each individual practice area including the competition, we were able to find the most relevant search terms and allocate the appropriate budget for each individual area based on the potential value per lead.

We produced multiple sets of keywords and ads for the practice areas of family law, criminal defense, etc. We also produced various landing pages with messaging specific to these practice areas and the geographic location.

In short, we tailored our advertising strategy to match user-intent for their most ideal clients.

Case Study #3

Traffic/leads more than double for a law firm

This case study is for our client – a Michigan law firm that practices in elder law, estate planning, and probate.

For over three years, we have successfully managed the Google Ads Account for this law firm.

Since this particular client primarily deals with an elderly client base, we set up Campaigns and optimized the website with this in mind.

For instance, in our Google Ads PPC Campaigns, we used a mixture of demographic targeting, zip codes, and keyword research to exclude less relevant target audiences and improve visibility for areas with more senior citizens.

In the first year, the conversion rates increased from 1.3% to 10.6% and leads from Google Ads more than doubled. Since then, the conversion rate has exceeded 18% and continues to improve.

In addition, we’ve more than doubled the organic traffic and conversions from a year’s worth of search engine optimization.
