Adam Montville

Chief Technology Officer | Borealis Digital Marketing

About Adam

Adam is the behind-the-scenes architect of Borealis Digital Marketing’s technology infrastructure and operational efficiency. As Chief Technology Officer, he’s responsible for keeping our digital engine running at peak performance – from optimizing websites to maintaining the systems that power our SEO and PPC strategies.

Adam’s relationship with Borealis began before the agency even existed. He previously worked alongside founder Kevin Kohlert under an official Google vendor program, where he specialized in troubleshooting and technical support for Google Ads. That foundation built a rare depth of knowledge in advertising systems, performance metrics, and digital operations.

Since joining Borealis full-time in 2019, Adam has played a critical role in scaling the agency’s capabilities. He works across all departments – integrating tools, managing websites, fixing bugs, and handling day-to-day IT challenges – all while improving our internal systems and client results.

What Adam Brings to the Table:

  • Deep expertise in WordPress development
  • Mastery of Google Ads
  • Skilled in Technical SEO, including speed optimization, and URL structure
  • Proficient with Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and AHREFS
  • Hands-on experience with image/video optimization, call tracking tools, and client reporting systems
  • Supports billing and finance operations through custom automation and process improvements

Whether he’s troubleshooting a complex tracking issue, speeding up a sluggish website, or building Analytics Reports, Adam’s technical expertise is a driving force behind Borealis’ continued growth.

Personal Note

Adam is a problem-solver at heart. He thrives on efficiency and enjoys the challenge of making systems work smarter – not harder. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him tinkering with his homelab, researching new marketing tools, or helping a teammate solve a tough tech issue before they even have to ask.
